うちはskypeじゃないんです
前々からですが、うちの会社のウェブサイトに、「skype」絡みの検索での流入がよくあります。
「skype 問い合わせ 電話」
のようなキーワードで、いろいろなパターンがざっと50種くらい。ランディングするのはこのページです。
このページは、弊社への問い合わせ番号を掲載しているのと、skypeが使える方は、skypeでもダイレクトに問い合わせができるよう、その案内が書かれたページです。あくまで、skypeを利用した問い合わせです。
なぜわざわざキャプチャ画像を貼っているかというと、これからこのページを修正しなくてはいけなくなったからです。
理由はこういうことです。
「skype 問い合わせ 電話」でこのページにたどり着き、弊社がskype社（？！）だと思い込む方がいらっしゃるようでして…。skypeの使い方やら、アカウントを削除してほしいやら、なにやら。skypeそのものについての、問い合わせが電話で来るんです。
しかも、このページには渋谷の弟の会社の電話番号も、東京サテライトオフィスとして掲載しており、そこにガンガン問い合わせ電話が来るとか。とうとう、弟から「なんとかしてくれ」と要請を受けましたので、これから修正しようと思います。
最初のころは、弟の会社でも意味がわからなかったらしく、電話に出た人は、疑問に思いながらも、丁寧にskypeの使い方などの質問に答えていたようであります。しかし、あまりにskypeの質問が来るので、どうなってるんだ？？？と。
うちはskypeじゃないんです…。skypeさんが、問い合わせ業務をアウトソースしてくれるのならば、考えますが…。
